Medieval open-world stealth action in the Assassin's Creed series. The game takes place in 1579 in feudal Japan, where the stories of Naoe, a skilled shinobi assassin from the Iga province, and Yasuke, a powerful African samurai from historical legends, are intertwined. Against the backdrop of the tumultuous late Sengoku period, this remarkable duo will discover their shared destiny, ushering in a new era for Japan.
Each character has its own gameplay mechanics, skills and equipment. One of the main features of the game is the dynamic change of seasons. Each season opens up new mechanics and locations. Another feature is the shelter, which can be personalized by changing the layout, decorations and decorations. In it, gamers can train allies, create equipment and interact with characters.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is a quintessential Ubisoft game and the epitome of its creative crisis. Despite having a rich history and many great ideas at its disposal, the studio couldn't create anything truly new, except for an Afro-Samurai, crawling on the belly, and changing seasons. It's not a bad game, but it's certainly not a breakthrough.

Adherents of the Juno Witnesses cult and the great modern-day overarching plot, which was safely buried ten years ago, can continue to choke on bile and scribble their angry rants about how the series died with Origins, but as a stifling veteran of this production line, I don't even want to spray poison at my monitor this time. Let's be honest, the French were so nervous before the release, afraid of bankruptcy, that for the first time in years, they've released not a lazy reskin of another time-wasting gimmick, but a truly functional game, where Naoe's stealth, crawling through the mud and hiding in the shadows, finally makes you remember why the word "assassin" is in the franchise's name. Yes, we have a classic dualism here, where a fragile ninja girl is literally forced to think with he… Read full
Read full
The plot let us down though. Even though revenge is bad, in a role-playing game they could have at least made some kind of crappy ending tied to it. And so, the gameplay, graphics, locations are good. There were no bugs throughout the entire game.
